Anyway, tracks have been loaded in, the lights are flashing, the settings seemed to all go through automatically when I opened it up but the sound just isn't working. I can only have one of them. Since version 2.6, TRAKTOR PRO 2 offers independent level knobs for the Channel Gain and Autogain in the internal mixer channels. The button next to the gain knob is used to switch the view of the knob between Channel Gain and the Autogain value for the currently loaded track.
