Auto-Tune Pro and Auto-Tune Artist are compatible with Ableton Live 9 (64-bit) on Mac in the AU format only but not on Windows.
Autotune is a brand, and normally at work if you say autotune you mean autotune. For live performance and computers latency is the main concern. The only way to run the autotune plugin on a computer at a gig is to use a pro tools hd rig. - Jul 23, 2016 Yes. Antares (creator of auto-tune) creates a plug in specifically for live use, and in the past also made a hardware box to do it. In the case of the plug in, the audio is fed into a computer, processed by the program, and then output in a few milliseconds.

The Mac has an AU version which does work with Ableton.
